Reed Universal Pipe Cutter Makes the Cut, Submerged

The UPC636A (Universal Pipe Cutter) by Reed Manufacturing Company provided the necessary and right cut on 20" ductile iron pipe.  W.D. Wright Contracting, Inc. is completing work to tie old and new lines for recently-constructed water reservoirs in Meadville, PA.  Operators look forward to using the cutter again.
